Contract and purchase policies
 

The company BALLOONS BY LUCY wishes to bring with good terms the services provided for your surprise decoration or social event. For the efficient realization of our services, we leave below our terms and conditions:
If you choose to collect the Balloon Bunch, Bouquet, Arrangement, or Balloon garland in our facilities, Or if you need delivery you must take into account the following:

• Provide the full name and contact telephone number of the person who will collect or receive the arrangement.

• The person collecting or receiving the arrangement must have be on time. We also recommend that you pick up in a car according to the size of our Bouquets. You must have a large, unoccupied cart to pick up, with the backs of the chairs down, so that the arrangement can be introduced without damage, balloons are exploded or accessories are removed. Pick-up by SUV is recommended. BALLOONS BY LUCY is not responsible for damage during its transfer.

• While we do our best to deliver your order at your requested time we can’t guarantee it. We operate with a 2-hour window and you may choose between a morning delivery time of 8 am - 12 pm or afternoon from 12 pm - 6 pm. We may work out of these times provided we have discussed arrangements prior. (If you want to indicate relevant information regarding the delivery, please notify us to reach an agreement).

• All our bouquets are made the same day or a day before as the surprise, for a longer duration of the balloons.

• The latex balloons with helium usually have a duration of approx. 8 hours. However, we guarantee its durability of 48hrs or more. Microfoil or metallic balloons will last more than 7 days, depending on weather conditions and treatment.​

• Our Bouquets must be ordered at least 2-3 days in advance, if you want from one day to another you must confirm availability. Contact us directly At: (754) 273-2608.

• The helium gas is not flammable, it should be taken into account that when the helium balloons are placed in front of the air conditioner, the gas particles are compressed and the balloons automatically deflated, this is a natural process. Avoid placing in front of or under the air conditioner or heater.

• When the balloons are placed directly in the sun, the latex or metallic material boils and explodes.

• Do not leave the bouquet or decoration in the car because the heat, and steam, cause them to deflate or explode.

• For shipments, you must indicate the exact address with zip code, house, or apartment number. If you send the wrong address you will have an additional charge for delivery.

• When balloons are spied, deflated, or exploded they should be discarded. Keep waste away from children and pets, as they can drown.

• Microfoil balloons can be transmitters of electricity. Please avoid releasing them or bringing them closer to power lines.

• You must indicate if the person to be surprised is allergic to latex, to avoid the material in the decoration.

• If they mobilize the decoration from one place to another it is your responsibility.

• We will upload photos of the client and its decoration or Bouquet to our social networks or website, if you do not agree with the publication of these images, please notify us. We promise not to publish the client however if we publish our work (only to our decoration, only to our Bouquet)

• In case of postponing the delivery, availability will be checked to schedule a new date.

• In case of cancellation of the service, only 50% will be refunded.

• Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this contract. We are not responsible for any reason for damage or loss that may be suffered.
